Judge has ruled favorably in the JK Rowling and Warner Brothers lawsuit against the publication of the Harry Potter Lexicon. The outcome of this case was interesting and unsurprising. No matter if you agree or disagree with the outcome of this case, the fact remains is that these are her characters, her hard work, her lifeblood and she has every right to block such publications that use her work if she so chooses. The article didn’t mention anything about an appeal.
